Reunion Itinerary
· Friday, August 1, 2025 (Colors- Red and White)
o 2-5pm; Mix and Mingle (Food and drinks served throughout)
§ Horseshoes or Bean bag toss
· 2-2:30pm- ages 4 and under
· 2:30-3pm- Elementary age
· 3-3:30pm- Middle School age
· 3:30-4pm- High School and Up
§ Beach Volleyball
· 2-2:30pm- Elementary age
· 2:30-3pm- Middle School age
· 3-3:30pm- High School and Up
· 3:30-4pm- ages 4 and under
§ Basketball (knockout, HORSE)
· 2-2:30pm- Middle School age
· 2:30-3pm- High School and Up
· 3-3:30pm- ages 4 and under
· 3:30-4pm- Elementary age
§ Line dancing taught
· 2-2:30pm- High School and Up
· 2:30-3pm- ages 4 and under
· 3-3:30pm- Elementary age
· 3:30-4pm- Middle School age
§ Mix and mingle (Gift bags handed out with reunion shirts for registrants)
· 4-5pm
o 6-9pm; Pool party (light snacks and drinks served)
o 10pm-2am; Parents Night Out
§ Childcare for those under 18 is provided for family members at the resort to hang out with each other or go out as a group. Children must be picked up by 2am. Please bring a pillowcase, light blanket, and snacks/bottles/diapers (as applicable).
§ Young Adults- A group will be going out to the movie theatre to watch a movie. Transportation provided.
· Saturday, August 2, 2025
o 10-2pm; Family Cookout (Wear reunion shirts)
§ Playground fun for Younger Children and Card Games(indoors) for Older Crew
· 10-11am; ages 4 and under
· 11-12pm; Elementary age
· 12-1pm; Middle School age
§ Basketball activities/game
· 10-11am; High School and Up
· 11-12pm; ages 4 and under (Bubbles, parachute, and soccer)
· 12-1pm; Elementary age
· 1-2pm; Middle School age
§ Group activities (3-legged race, bucket challenge, tug-of-war)
· 10-11am; Elementary age
· 11-12pm; Middle School age
· 12-1pm; High School and Up
· 1-2pm; ages 4 and under (will take a meal break from 12-1pm)
§ Cards (bid whist, spades, chess, and checkers in indoor area)
· 10am-2pm; Any age
o 6-10pm; Family Dinner (Colors White and Gold)
§ 6-6:30pm; Cocktails and hors d’oeuvres
§ 6:30-8pm; Dinner
§ 8-9pm; Line dancing, music and fun
o 10pm-2am; Parents Night Out
§ Childcare for those under 18 is offered for the older family members to hang out with each other or go out as a group. Children will be kept on site at Hilton Vacation Resort and must be picked up by 2am. Please bring a pillowcase, light blanket, and snacks/bottles/diapers (as applicable).
§ Young Adults- A group will be going out to the skating rink. Transportation provided.
· 9-10:30pm; Tweens and up. $11 entry
· 11pm-1:30am ; 18 and up only. ID needed $10 entry
· Sunday, August 3, 2025
o 10-12pm; Family Service and Farewells
§ 10-11am; Brunch
§ 11-12pm; Mini service and farewells
o 12pm-close; Busch Gardens
· Ticket Information
o For those who would like to go, you are welcome to go to theme park. The rates are very high currently at $85 a ticket. Military and veterans can get discounts, so that is an option that you may want to use if you can😊.
